Amante and Yang Proclaimed

With an overwhelming lead over their nearest rival or rivals, incumbent City Mayor Vicente and incumbent City Councilor Angelita Yang were proclaimed winners in the City Mayoral and Vice-Mayoral race last Tuesday night, May 11, 2010.

Incumbent City Mayor and City Mayor-Elect Vicente Amante will be serving his 6th term as Mayor of San Pablo City. Once completed, that would be like 18 years of leadership. I guess, the people of San Pablo City love him too much to not vote for him. City Mayor-Elect Vicente Amante convincingly defeated all his three rivals namely Ares Escudero, Najie Gapangada and Alfredo Cosico. (more…)

Local Mock Elections

I’m sure many of you are also curious as to how this year’s local election will turn out. On this post are a series of polls where you can vote for the Mayor, Vice Mayor and City Councilors of your choice. Of course, this is just a Mock Election and will not anyway affect nor predict the outcome of the actual election. Vote wisely!
