We currently live at Villongco Subdivision which is in Barangay 3-D and our home is just next to the Barangay Hall. LOL! Well, our Barangay Captain, Arnel Ticzon, is very active. I knew Sir Arnel from San Pablo Colleges. He was once a professor of mine in English.
