Well, at least according to this poll at Polldaddy titled MAYOR FOR SAN PABLO CITY? In that particular poll, Alfredo Cosico received 65% of the total votes made while his nearest rival, Vicente Amante, received only 18%. Gapangada and Escudero received 10% and 7% respectively.
