These past weeks, my wife and I have been doing some walking around Sampalok Lake. We usually leave our place at around five in the morning and get back home at around seven.

Now, taking an early morning walk around Sampalok Lake is a great exercise. It does not put too much pressure on your body and it’s quite relaxing specially with the cool morning breeze brushing against you while you are walking. The feeling is very refreshing and relaxing. My wife, Dang, discovered Clinica Chumacera when she was still working for a realty company. The clinic and the company she used to work for were located at the same building (which is owned by the clinic). Also, we were kinda looking for a pediatrician for our new born baby back then and the opening of the clinic which was just below them was perfect.
