Jayson Jaylo, a freelance photographer here in San Pablo City, recently sent me two photos which were taken at night.

My friend invited me to join him to watch the awards night at Laguna State Polytechnic University (LSPU) wherein they are infotech students who made their own music videos as part of their academic requirement that night, being prepared to attend the said event I walked fast to the school pathway when surprisingly, something caught my attention a bright light coming from a big moon, and indeed, it was a full moon.

Having the chance to take pictures at night I decided to practice night photography rather to attend my friends awards night without a second thought, I stepped back and immediately went home to get my camera, tripod etc…and everything that I can used just to catch the scenery perfectly..

A few years back, San Pablo City had some visitors from Iceland and the Local City Government prepared a warm welcome for them. If I remember it correctly, the visitors from Iceland were a group of cultural performers. Their bus stopped at the City Hall area which is very near Sampalok Lake. The road which goes down to Sampalok Lake was lined with elementary and high school students from some of the schools in San Pablo City and they were performing some of our own folk dances for the visitors like Cariñosa, Itik-Itik, Maglalatik and others. Fortunately, I was there because my eldest son was one of the folk dancers. Actually, my entire family was there. Anyway, below are some photos of the event.
