Typhoon Frank passed over San Pablo City yesterday with strong winds and somewhat heavy rain. As always, power went out and it stayed out until this afternoon. Typhoon Frank was not as strong as Typhoon Milenyo but it still left its mark in San Pablo City.
Inquirer.net reported that around 390 families were evacuated and 40 houses were destroyed (read full story).
