Tonight, Calla Lily went out to perform at around 12:30 AM. WOW! I really don’t understand why celebrity performers and artists always come out very late in the evening when some, if not many, of the people who came to watch them perform have already left for home. Well, yeah, there are still many people around waiting but wouldn’t it be better if they start earlier? Even if it’s a free concert I will not wait that long for a show to start. In fact, I’d rather go home and watch it on television specially when it’s also being aired live by a local cable channel.
Anyway, the band, Calla Lily, performed some of their more popular songs like Sanctuary, Stars and others. Their performance lasted about an hour, even less I think, and judging from the background noise (cheers, shouts and pops) the audience loved it.

I also noticed that the stage was filled with people. The stage was pretty wide but because of the people crowding it on both sides, it made the stage look and feel crowded. I’m surprised the drummer was able to play his instrument even with people just right next to him. What can I say? When it comes to this kind of things San Pablo City is still “bukid na bukid”. Ha ha ha!
